Job Requirements Developing and implementing strategies to minimize the shipping and receiving costs and coordinating with the key partners and vendors to manage logistics and transportation of goods. Conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve discrepancies, identifying areas for improvement, and developing plans to optimize the efforts and improve efficiency. Implementing standard processes and best practices to improve the efficiency of the shipping and receiving department. Managing the shipping and receiving department's day-to-day operations, supervising other team members' work, and providing guidance and support. What your background should look like Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
