YOUR MAIN TASKS: Define and lead the global system architecture strategy, governance, and roadmap for the Low Voltage / Elmec segment Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global System Architecture and System Engineering team Act as the senior technical interface to key OEMs and Tier 1 customers, elevating discussions to system, platform, and architecture level Translate customer architectures and VoC into technology strategies, product requirements, and roadmap initiatives Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Management, R&D, Sales, and global Business Units Lead structured promotion activities, VoC capture, and feedback loops into product and innovation processes Represent the company as a thought leader in industry forums, standardization bodies, and technical conferences YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND: Master's degree (or higher) in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a relate
