Job Overview Focuses on facilitating quality deliverable for new program launches, coordinating quality activities, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Job Requirements Drive and facilitate New Product Introduction (NPI) projects according to APQP and LEANPD methodology Act as the quality interface within product development projects, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into robust quality deliverables Ensure completeness and alignment of product and quality documentation, including PRD, key/critical/special characteristics, and project quality plans Actively participate in and support Design Reviews, Quality Reviews, and PAC/Gate Reviews, ensuring compliance with project plans and defined quality criteria Collaborate with Product Engineering to lead and support DFMEA and other design and quality risk analyses, ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, and documented according to plan Collaborate with Manufacturing Development Engineering to lead and support PFMEA, Process Flow Charts (PFC), DFM/DFA activities, and process risk assessments Develop, maintain, and ensure alignment of Control Plans with PFMEA, process flows, key characteristics, and customer requirements Support product and process validation activities, including DVP&R, Me
