Job Overview The Global Compensation team is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving global compensation programs, tools, and initiatives-such as market intelligence, the annual year-end process, incentive management, the global job framework, and job evaluation. These efforts are aligned with TE's internal strategies and external market conditions to attract, retain, and motivate talent worldwide. The team also leads the evaluation of total rewards cost containment strategies and recommends enhancements to ensure both effectiveness and sustainability. In addition, they ensure global compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations and uphold best practices to support a competitive and equitable rewards structure worldwide. Job Responsibilities: Conduct compensation data analysis utilizing both internal and external sources, Submit salary surveys and share insights with team on market trends to make informed decisions. Support the process to highlight metrics and analytics to determine optimal compensation spend and compensation program effectiveness to enhance business outcomes. Research trends in global compensation topics and benchmark practices. Assist in the refinement of TE's global job framework materials.
