R&D/PRODUCT DVL TECHNICIAN II Job Country United States At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. ​ Job Overview The R&D / Product Development Technician II supports product development activities through hands‑on prototyping, testing, and process execution. This role works closely with engineering to build and evaluate early‑stage designs, execute validation tasks, and contribute to product and process improvements with intermittent guidance. Job Requirements Build and assemble prototype, verification, and validation units following engineering guidance Perform testing, data collection, and documentation to support product and process validation Operate laboratory and manufacturing equipment with limited supervision Execute process characterization tasks and assist with validation activities Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and escalate as needed Use measurement tools and collect data to identify trends and irregularities Create and update work instructions and technical documentation with some guidance Support preventive maintenance and calibration activities for equipment Assist in fixture setup, modification, and tooling support Work cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams What your background should look like High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred 2+ years of experience in lab, R&D, manufacturing, or technical environments Working knowledge of elec
