Job Overview This role is well suited for a technically skilled technician who enjoys hands-on testing and working directly with engineering using CAD/CAM and solid modeling tools. The Product / Test Technician II will test newly designed graphite molds, validate designs prior to production, and support engineering through CAD-based reviews and feedback. The role plays a critical part in ensuring design accuracy, quality, and manufacturability. Job Requirements · Test new graphite mold designs by performing exothermic weld tests · Partner closely with Manufacturing and Design Engineers to review, interpret, and validate CAD models and drawings · Use CAD/CAM and solid models to understand design intent and identify potential issues prior to testing · Inspect test results, collect data, and provide technical feedback on mold performance and design accuracy · Maintain testing materials, tooling, and inventory · Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area · Support additional mold room and testing activities as needed Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM What your background should look like · High school diploma or GED required · Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM and solid modeling tools (required) · Ability to read, interpret, and w
