Job Overview The Product Manager Panel & Relay Solutions is responsible for developing a product strategy and coordinate new product introductions into the market. Based on interactions with internal and external partners and customers s/he creates a holistic view of the regional market for her/his product portfolio by conducting “voice of customers” and competitive analysis and derives and details value proposition for new products realized together with the Global PM and product creation teams. S/he will be responsible to define a winning portfolio meeting market and customer expectations securing profitable business. S/he will be accountable for the portfolio P&L including revenue, profitability, long term growth. S/he will bring a growth-oriented and customer-centric mind-set, excellent commercial acumen and cross functional experience, and a hands-on leadership style into the team. The successful candidate will be part of the Product Management team EMEA and will report to the Head of Regional Product Management of Industrial Panel & Relay Solutions sub-vertical.
