Job Overview The Product Business Specialist is responsible for driving product-related business growth by identifying opportunities, supporting new product development (NPD), and providing technical and market insights. This role bridges the gap between engineering, sales, and customers to ensure product competitiveness and alignment with market needs. Your Main Tasks 1. Market & Product Analysis Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitor products, and customer requirements. Maintain and update the Competition Database to support strategic decisions. Identify gaps and opportunities for product improvement and innovation. 2. Business Development Drive initiatives to increase product adoption and conversion from competitors. Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and implement Competition Replacement (CR) strategies and track conversion KPIs. 3. New Product Development (NPD) Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to define NPD opportunities. Support TERP forecasting and ensure alignment with business KPIs. Provide technical input and market insights during product development phases. 4. Customer & Field Support Act as the primary liaison for product-related inquiries and application solutions.
