Job Overview Responsible for overseeing daily molding operations to ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, in compliance with customer specifications and applicable regulatory requirements Job Requirements Key Responsibilities Define goals, develop plans to meet production schedules, resolve technical issues, and supervise daily operations. Translate customer requirements into efficient and cost-effective manufacturing strategies and processes. Allocate resources to meet production targets, maximize operational capacity, and ensure team members receive appropriate training. Lead and monitor continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Develop and implement action plans to achieve departmental goals in labor efficiency, resource utilization, housekeeping, and productivity. Strong proficiency in production control, including monitoring production adherence and attainment, managing scrap levels, analyzing production variances, and tracking work order aging to support operational profitability. Evaluate employee performance based on company standards for quality, productivity, and career development. Ensure a balanced distribution of skills across the team to effectively meet production plans. Build and enhance employee skill sets to foster
