About this role

MGR II SUPPLY CHAIN Job Country Philippines Sr Manager, Supply Chain Key responsibilities: Challenge existing logistic solutions to find the best options that will bring higher value for our customers and for our company. Drive Kaizen projects on Freight Saving opportunities. including but not limited to transportation mode optimization; vendor freight control. Map materials flow at the Plants and propose solution to rationalize warehouse space while optimizing LT to customers and cost reduction. Partner with Supply Chain team (Planning, Procurement, Shipping) to implement milk run with key vendors, review packaging solution, product labeling, frequency of delivery, certain days, FTL, LTL leading to savings and efficiency improvement. Work closely with Sales and Product management team to understand market evolution and propose optimal logistic solutions including review of MoQ, customer consignment hub model. Partner with Global Logistics and Sales/Customer Care on DC Network design and implementation. Opportunity on a central hub in South Asia serving DND plants and TEHK distribution. Lead the effort in TEOA Supply Chain to attain Star level qualification in both process compliance & refinement and KPI improvement. Participate in the Smart Digital Operation strategy and IT roadmap development lead by CS Segment Operations & IT VP. Participate in Corporate strategic project like SAP/Hana migration and Next Generation Data Analytics. Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in international Trade
