Job Overview TE Connectivity is seeking a MGR II MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEERING for DDN BU with location in Thailand. The MPDE Manager will lead a team of process development and automation engineers tasked with developing assembly processes for power cable assemblies and coordinating with the Thailand manufacturing engineering team on the transition to mass production. Job Requirements Responsibilities: Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; help resolve people/functional issues in the team to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent. Lead a team of engineers who will: Develop power cable assembly manufacturing process in accordance with LEANPD product development. Drive for excellence in existing manufacturing technologies and methods. Strive to implement new manufacturing technologies to provide improved process and tolerance control. Support Product Development in the optimization designs (DFM) and piece parts for manufacturability; realizes sample tooling, product samples and prototypes. Design, develop, and qualify tooling and processes to meet TE DDN quality and production standards. Support supply chain to verify supplier compliance and capability. Act as the binding element betw
