Job Overview Oversees the administration and continual improvement of quality management systems. Job Requirements Quality System Management Develop and maintain ISO 9001, and other relevant quality management systems Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements (UL, DNV, etc) Lead review and audits, drive the procedure improvement on timely basis Operational Quality Implement advanced quality planning (APQP) and production part approval process (PPAP) Responsible for product quality (IQC, PQC FQC, NCM, etc) Introduce quality tools to enhance the problem-solving skill and drive the improvements continuously. Responsible to achieve quality performance target and drive quality cost reduction. Build quality culture within plant. Customer Quality Manage the customer concern, complaints and etc. Support customer audits and facility tours Provide profession service to customer from quality perspective to support the business grow. Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
