Job Overview The Project Management Manager leads a mixed discipline team of engineers and project managers responsible for driving speed, clarity, and disciplined execution across two complementary engineering value streams: the newly formed Rapid Response Team (RRT) and the Advanced Development Team. With the focus of driving a skilled team to prototypes and pre-production parts into the hands of the customer before our competition. This role ensures that the organization applies robust resource tracking methodologies, provides clear process governance, and delivers on commitments on-time, on-cost, and on-quality-with a strong emphasis on rapid early-stage execution for targeted opportunities.
