Team members may specialize in quality control or assurance, chemical manufacturing processes, metals, electrical connectors and components, process development, materials, and/or instrumentation. They may also support calibration, displays, network control, mold development, audiovisual work, or environmental health and safety. At the ME Tech I level, team members operate under direct supervision, focusing on learning foundational manufacturing processes, supporting basic engineering tasks, and developing technical skills necessary for growth within the engineering support function. This is an entry-level technical role designed to build competency through hands-on experience and structured guidance. This position requires access to information subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
