Injection Moulding Operator Job Country Great Britain At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. Job Overview We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Injection Moulding Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating moulding machines, setting tools, inspecting parts, and supporting production processes. Experience in a mould shop or with moulding equipment is highly desirable. Job Requirements Operate and monitor injection moulding machines. Set and change modular tools, typically once per shift. Run thermoset moulding processes and ensure consistent part quality. Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished parts. Pack parts according to specifications. Assist with tool setting and receive ongoing training. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Willingness to work rotating swing shifts. What your background should look like Previous experience operating injection moulding machines. Familiarity with mould shop environments and moulding processes. Basic understanding or training in tool setting. Experience with thermoset moulding is a plus. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
