Job Overview Establishes program metrics, monitors the programs and projects to improve products and processes, and aligns them with the business strategies. Job Requirements AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Work closely with regional, BU and corporate TEOA leaders to gain their latest requirements, procedure and best practice sharing and transform into internal practice and improve TEOA implementation system of Kunshan plant 2. TEOA website metrics maintain, improvement cases preparation, collection and sharing, benchmark against peer factories 1. Work closely with cross functions to prepare annual TEOA target and breakdown to actionable requests reflected on each leader's goal and have monthly review to track the progress 2. Leverage training material from existing database and prepare the tailored training material to educate Kunshan's team to gradually embrace and live on TEOA methodology and mindset in daily work 3. Take lead of CIP (continual improvement program), also called KTS (kaizen talent show) quarterly, integrating into daily work to motivate team for improvement opportunities 4. Build or continuously improve digital manufacturing system (Andon, MDY, OEE, AI applications) 1. Understand manufacturing process and technology to guide team applying TEOA tools and build TEOA mindset 2. Responsible for visitors acc
