Job Overview Purpose Promote & facilitate the successful implementation of continuous improvement tools & processes across local site by conducting sustainable continuous improvement events to support the top priorities of local site, and is responsible for driving continuous improvement culture and minimizing system waste through lean systems & processes. Job Description Key Responsibilities Continuous Improvement Kaizen activities 1) Analyze and monitor performance of the most impactful value stream to find improvement opportunities. develop value stream maps and execute the continuous improvement implementation plan for specific value streams to achieve the plant level continuous improvement metrics and goals whilst ensuring alignment to the business unit strategy. 2) Direct the planning and implementation of Kaizen related continuous improvement activities and hold the regular site level kaizen workshop 3) Lead cross functional teams to collaborate in defining problem statements, problem analysis and implementation of solutions. 4) Facilitate the planning and implementation of workplace flow and layout, moves according to Lean concepts. 5) Conducts material handling and flow analysis, responsible for material flow within the plant, plant layouts, new equipment layout, and warehousing requirements. 6) Identify and pursu
