This role will be part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Team responsible for building and strengthening the Continuous Improvement culture within the Financial Solutions Center (FSC) in EMEA (Krakow). The position will support the creation, implementation, and sustainability of CI programs across the Financial Solutions Center Organization. The role will work closely with all teams within the Krakow FSC and, when needed, collaborate on selected global initiatives with other regional FSCs located in Suzhou, Bangalore and San Jose. This position reports directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager - EMEA. Your main tasks: Drive the Continuous Improvement (CI) program across the EMEA region as its visible representative, accelerating progress through effective documentation, evidence gathering, and sharing success stories. Support continuous improvement activities in the FSC by providing data analysis, insights, and process performance tracking.
