Advanced Quality Engineering Manager Job Country China At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. Job Overview Oversees all quality and reliability activities and staff for all products or product lines; manages a team of quality and reliability engineers, technicians, and first-line supervisors. Job Requirements Approving department projects including the creation project deliverables. Reviewing project stage gates and proposals. Developing strategy roadmap, setting and tracking KPI metrics and cascading it down to the team; planning all resources (budget responsibilities, headcount) and schedules for functional and quality performance work.• Leading, mentoring and developing mid to large scale teams to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and initiatives. Managing and cascading staffing development and performance management programs for you and all quality staff; maintaining constructive relationships with all departments and external stakeholders; handling escalations at the Manager level and continuing escalation process if needed. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
