The Challenge : The Employee Relations Specialist will conduct investigations into workplace concerns across India and the broader APAC region, supporting positive employee engagement by providing guidance and recommendations to resolve employee concerns. This role will work closely with the HR Business Partners, Legal and Compliance teams to promote equity, company values and accountability in the workplace and to respond appropriately and fairly to employee concerns. Though the Employee Relations Specialist will focus on resolving investigations, complaints and disciplinary actions, they will also provide pragmatic HR advice and assist the broader team with other employment issues and cross functional efforts, described below.
