As an Senior Business Analyst (Dynamic Ads) on the Dynamic Ads team in our Budapest office, you'll play a vital role in driving the performance of our customers' campaigns through data-driven analysis and hands-on optimization.You will turn data into actionable insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive measurable impact through a deep analytical and problem-solving approach.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of performance, while applying analytical thinking and experimentation to optimize results.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, analytics, and making a direct impact through data. To thrive in this role, you'll need: - 5+ years of technical experience, preferably in digital media or other data-intensive environments - Hands-on experience with SQL to query and analyze large datasets - Experience using Python, R, Excel, or BI tools to process and visualize data for actionable insights - Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, data-driven approach, and ability to collaborate with Product, R&D, and cross-functional teams - Strong ability to turn numbers into insights, and a proactive approach - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English Bonus points if you have: - University degree in a technical area - Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members - Ability to work with AI tools for campaign
