As our Policy Director, you will be the chief architect of the global rules governing our ecosystem. Your mission is to pivot the policy function from a reactive unit into a proactive Research & Development domain. Reporting to the Head of Integrity & News Ops, you will define the standards that ensure marketplace health, balancing network integrity with aggressive commercial growth. You will thrive in this role if you are a strategic visionary who can turn complex regulatory landscapes into sustainable competitive advantages. To thrive in this role you'll need: - 10+ years in the advertising technology ecosystem, with deep fluency in technical infrastructure (OpenRTB, SSP/DSP dynamics) and marketplace economics. - Executive Presence: Proven ability to influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, defending policy decisions through the lens of long-term business value. - Commercial Acumen: You view policy as a business lever and can balance advertiser success with the overall health and reputation of the network. - Analytical Leadership: A track record of moving teams from "clearing queues" to "generating insights" with a strong bias toward automation. - Strategic Foresight: Ability to anticipate regulatory shifts and translate them into commercial opportunities. It would be great if you also have: - An MBA, JD, or Master's in Economics or Public Policy. - Experience in high-growth tech environments or "Policy-as-Code" implementation.
