Paralegal, Corporate and Governance Support Austin, TX, Austin, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal, Corporate Governance and Support, to join our growing legal team. This role provides critical administrative and corporate governance support across the company's legal function, including capital markets transactions, financing activities, and general corporate matters. You will help manage board and committee processes, maintain corporate documentation, and support transaction execution logistics. Working under the supervision of the Senior Vice President, Corporate Legal Counsel, this role will serve as a key operational partner to the legal team and helps ensure efficient coordination of governance and corporate legal activities.
