Manager, Production Rockdale, TX, Rockdale, TX, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. T1 Energy is looking to hire a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our G2 solar cell fab in Rockdale, Texas. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has been on the floor, run a line at scale, and knows exactly what it takes to drive output, quality, and efficiency in a high-volume cell fab environment. You've done this before. You've managed shifts, hit targets, and built teams that hold the line when production gets hard. Now you're ready to help us do it at a scale that matters for American energy.
