Manager, Process Engineering Rockdale, TX, Rockdale, TX, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Process Manager to lead process engineering at our G2 solar cell fab in Rockdale, Texas. This is a senior technical leadership role for someone with deep, hands-on expertise in TOPCon cell technology and the experience to translate that knowledge into a high-performing, high-yield production environment. You've developed and scaled TOPCon processes before. You understand the science, you know the toolsets, and you've seen what it takes to move from development to high-volume manufacturing without losing efficiency or cell performance.
