About this role
Training and Development Coordinator Dallas, TX, Dallas, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Training and Development Coordinator to support the execution and tracking of training programs at our high-volume solar module manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining training documentation, and assisting with employee development initiatives to ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. What You'll Do - Train employees in the classroom on assigned/required courses. - Coordinate and support onboarding sessions for new hires, including safety orientation, security orientation and introduction to production processes. - Assist in the preparation and maintenance of training materials (manuals, visual aids, sign-in sheets, and digital resources). - Track training completion, certifications, and employee participation using internal systems and tools; maintain accurate and up-to-date records. - Schedule and organize training sessions across various shifts to ensure full team coverage. - Collaborate with trainers, supervisors, and departments leads to identifying
