About this role

Soldering Technician Dallas, TX, Dallas, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Rework Operator responsible for driving and executing the day-to-day rework of modules while ensuring that quality and safety standards are met. The Rework Operator will use specialized equipment to solder components together, making precise welds to connect wire to wire and wire to soldering pad. Rework Operators are responsible for ensuring that the soldering process is carried out correctly and that the finished product meets all Trina Solar quality standards.
