The Role T1 Energy Is looking to hire a Process Technician III serves as an advanced technical resource within manufacturing operations, providing high-level troubleshooting, process support, technical leadership, and continuous improvement execution. This role is responsible for driving process stability, supporting cross-functional problem-solving, improving standard work, and helping bridge the gap between floor execution and engineering intent. The Process Technician III is expected to demonstrate advanced process knowledge, strong problem-solving capability, and leadership in technical training and operational improvement.
