Process Technician II Dallas, TX, Dallas, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy Is looking to hire a Process Technician II provides intermediate-level technical support for manufacturing operations by independently troubleshooting equipment and process issues, supporting process stability, improving standard work, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. This role is expected to apply practical manufacturing knowledge, contribute to root cause investigations, and support process optimization through data collection, problem-solving, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams. What You'll Do • Perform daily inspections of process equipment and manufacturing operations to ensure safe, stable, and efficient performance. • Independently troubleshoot routine to moderately complex process and equipment issues with limited supervision. • Support and maintain manufacturing processes by developing, revising, and improving SOPs and work instructions. • Assist with line qualifications, process checks, setup verification, and operational readiness activities. • Collect, analyze, and communicate process, scrap, downtime, or defect data to support decision-making. • Participate in root cause investigations and
