Process Technician Dallas, TX, Dallas, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Process Technician I supports daily manufacturing operations by monitoring equipment and process conditions, performing routine inspections, identifying abnormalities, and assisting with troubleshooting activities. This role is responsible for following standard work, supporting quality and safety compliance, and contributing to a clean, organized, and stable manufacturing environment. Process Technician I is expected to develop a foundational understanding of process flow, defect awareness, Lean manufacturing principles, and basic continuous improvement practices. What You'll Do - Conduct daily equipment and process inspections to ensure normal operation and promptly report abnormalities. - Support manufacturing processes by following standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process standards. - Assist in troubleshooting basic equipment or process issues under the guidance of senior technicians, engineers, or supervisors. - Accurately complete production, quality, and maintenance-related records. - Collect process and quality data as required and support data entry into MES
