Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy Is looking to hire a Process Specialist who is responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing process performance by monitoring process health, driving technical problem-solving, improving standard work, and supporting cross-functional execution on the production floor. This role serves as a key link between floor operations and engineering intent by helping stabilize manufacturing processes, reduce variation, improve quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Process Specialist is expected to demonstrate strong process knowledge, advanced troubleshooting capability, leadership in floor execution, and a working understanding of Lean manufacturing, standardization, and data-driven process improvement.
