The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a highly skilled Facilities Technician III to support and lead facility maintenance operations. Under limited supervision, this role is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, system optimization, and mentoring junior technicians. The Facilities Technician III plays a key role in ensuring facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Do · Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and building automation systems. · Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. · Serve as a technical resource and mentor to Facilities Technicians I and II. · Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors performing maintenance or installation work. · Analyze equipment performance data and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. · Support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades. · Ensure compliance with all safety,
