Equipment Technician I Dallas, TX, Dallas, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. The Role T1 Energy is looking for an Equipment Technician I to support the maintenance and reliability of our high-volume automated solar production lines. You will work on the front lines of our 5GW facility, performing preventative maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on advanced robotics and manufacturing systems to minimize downtime. Collaborating with Engineering and Operations, you will ensure our equipment runs at peak performance. This is an ideal entry-level technical role for a hands-on problem solver eager to build a career in advanced American manufacturing. What You'll Do: - Master the structure and working principle of factory production equipment and facilities and learn and improve their own equipment maintenance skills and level. - Conduct regular and scheduled inspection of the production equipment in the factory to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and eliminate potential equipment failures. - Make daily operation records and maintenance records of the equipment
