As backend engineers, we work on applications such as REST APIs, dashboards, tools, and internal services that allow our clients and users to access their benefits flexibly, easily, and reliably whenever needed. Main responsibilities 🧩 Software Engineering Write high-quality, well-documented, efficient, tested, and maintainable code Ensure and improve observability and monitoring of our applications Proactively focus on enhancing other team members' technical skills, coding standards, and overall code quality Learn new programming languages when needed Actively work on improving the security, performance, and stability of applications Conduct and receive high-quality code reviews Design and Architecture
