She/He will have to deliver on projects with the team on some topics. 🔥 Your mission: Support IT quotidien - Niveau 1 et 2 - Tu es le premier point de contact pour toutes les demandes IT des collaborateurs à Toulouse : PC/Mac, licences, accès, périphériques… - Tu aides tes collègues à résoudre leurs petits soucis techniques : problèmes de connexion, configuration de comptes, réinitialisation de mots de passe, etc. - Tu fournis et installes le matériel IT courant : claviers, souris, casques, etc. - Tu escalades les problèmes plus complexes en posant les bons premiers diagnostics Accompagnement et formation des collaborateurs - Tu réalises les onboardings et offboardings IT : remise de matériel, création/suppression des accès, accompagnement à la prise en main des outils -
