We partner with traditional businesses-manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and large enterprises-to deeply understand and automate their financial workflows. We're HQ'd by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo , and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). The Role We're hiring a Founding Growth hire to build the machine behind Sapien's go-to-market. While our BDR owns conversations, you own the system: the infrastructure, automation, channels, and experiments that make every part of our GTM motion faster, smarter, and more repeatable. This is a builder's seat, not an operator-of-someone-else's-playbook seat. You'll stand up the growth stack from scratch, run experiments across channels, and flex into whatever the company needs next, from marketing support to ops projects to founder-led initiatives. You'll work directly with the founders and sales team, and as we scale, this role becomes the foundation for growth, marketing ops, or RevOps leadership.
