What You'll Do: Sweetgreen is looking for a Director of Community Engagement to activate our brand and engage our communities, earning attention beyond the four walls of our restaurants. This role owns organic social, regional, and field marketing, and experiential - prime channels where sweetgreen earns its place in culture. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and work cross-functionally to ensure that every activation, collaboration, and community moment is not only on-brand but connected to measurable business outcomes. You are equally at home in a creative brainstorm and a performance review, and you know how to build things that last. Core responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead, develop, and inspire a team spanning organic social, field marketing, and experiential, setting clear goals, priorities, and career growth paths for direct reports and the broader team Own sweetgreen's organic social strategy and community voice across all platforms - building an engaged following, fostering authentic conversation, and driving user-generated
