As a Warehouse Clerk, you will work closely with warehouse and shipping managers, assisting with OEM customers’ orders, and arranging shipments from freight forwards as well as document processing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 本職務負責自有倉庫與第三方物流倉儲間之物料調度與運輸管理，透過進貨分流決策、需求整合及運輸控管，確保庫存配置效率與物流成本最佳化。 進貨分流 依據物料庫存水位、儲位使用率、出貨需求、生產計畫等相關資訊，整合評估後安排物料入庫至自有倉儲或第三方物流倉儲，以達成庫存配置最佳化並兼顧整體物流成本。 自有倉庫與第三方物流倉儲間之的庫存調撥作業管理 a. 協調自有倉庫至第三方物流倉儲之物料調撥計畫。 b. 控管調撥時程與作業安排。 c. 彙整調撥單據與交接文件。 第三方物流倉儲物料調撥回自有倉庫之作業管理 彙整產線工單、客戶訂單、與其餘各單位之物料需求，規劃3PL至自營倉儲中心的物 料調撥作業。 b. 控管調撥時程與作業安排。 c. 彙整調撥單據與交接文件。 4. 運輸調度與費用控管負責派車安排 a. 建立/維護運輸紀錄與費用分析。 b. 每月運輸費用對帳與合理性檢核。 c. 優化使用效率以達降低運輸成本功效。 公司或部門專案相關事項執行 a. 協助物流或倉儲專案執行與資料整理。 b. 支援流程改善與跨部門協調專案。 c. 配合主管完成臨時交辦事項。 d. 日常營運作業推
