Sr. Project Facility Engineer Country Taiwan | City Bade Job Req ID: 28850 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manage the operation and maintenance of facility equipment. 2. Execute and support facility-related projects. 3. Plan and establish facility systems, including overseeing engineering works, commissioning, testing, and final acceptance. 4. Review and plan facility requirements from user departments, prepare construction specifications and cost estimates, and oversee project execution, commissioning, and acceptance. 5. Monitor, record, and analyze facility system performance data, and provide recommendations for improvement. 6. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and annual overhauls of utility systems. 7. 24/7 Troubleshoot utility system issues, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain equipment maintenance records. 8. Develop and implement SOPs for utility systems, and perform equipment and instrument calibration. 9. Prepare and validate system documentation for HVAC, compressed air, purified water, and central monitoring systems. 10. Support building safety compliance, including fire safety inspections. 11. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
