Process Engineering & SOP Development: Design, scale, and optimize chemical blending and dilution processes; establish rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure precise concentration, electronic-grade purity, and batch-to-batch consistency. Quality Assurance & Lab Infrastructure: Define strict QC gate-keeping standards; establish and oversee the in-house laboratory to monitor critical parameters (dielectric strength, conductivity, pH) using precision instruments (e.g., ICP-MS, FTIR).
