Job Summary: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1.每日訂單處理及出貨統籌安排 -根據訂單資訊，整合與確認並進行出貨安排。 -確認出貨訂單物料狀態及出貨排程給包裝團隊。 -根據貿易條件與SMC或客戶指定的貨代洽定艙位、並準備清關所需的出貨文件。 -安排內陸卡車運輸。 -與貨代及報關行處理清關事宜。 -出貨相關文件歸檔。 2.與倉庫內部收料、庫存團隊以及外部的物流/生產/銷售/採購/RMA合作協調，以滿足出貨需求。 3.及時回應急單等緊急請求，並處理訂單異常及出貨退回事宜。 4.配合公司出貨安排，支援加班出貨相關作業。 Qualifications: 1. 擁有商業管理、物流管理、國際貿易或其他相關領域的文憑。學士或以上學位者優先考慮。 2. 至少3年以上船務進出口經驗，了解INCOTerm 2020、進出口程序及報關相關事務。 3. 熟悉INCOTerm 2020、進出口程序及海關事務。 4. 具備良好的英語讀寫能力，Toeic考試成績550分以上或同等程度。 5. 具備基本電腦操作能力 (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint…等等) 6. 具備倉庫營運基本知識。有SAP/WMS操作經驗者優先。 7. 能夠承受壓力，應對緊急狀況。 8. 具備與各方良好溝通的人際溝通能力。 9. 道德與誠信。 EEO Statement Supermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
