Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Production Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that PCBA products meet internal standards and customer requirements by overseeing and participating in quality control processes throughout the server assembly line. Key responsibilities include: 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and CM to resolve quality issues occurring on the server assembly line. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customer communications regarding PCBA quality matters. 3. Organize and lead regular meetings with internal customers to review defects, identify potential quality risks, and ensure product consistency and reliability. 4. Monitor and analyze PCBA quality performance and address quality issues within the server assembly process. 5.
