Job Summary: We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support Supermicro Global Service network by managing service inventory for parts globally. The candidate is expected to determine and ensure that the right parts/equipment is delivered to the right locations, monitor and manage the stock levels and flow of goods, warehousing, etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrate full compliance with incoterms through professional knowledge and hands-on experience. Effectively manage RFQ process with external freight forwarders and provide accurate quotation to sales team. Monitoring shipping schedule while ensuring the safety & security of all shipments. Ensure billing accuracy and correctness by collaborating closely with the account department. Determine the right parts and appropriate stock level based on the equipment configurations and guidelines. Generate and file inventory reports both on p
