You will be responsible in validating/troubleshooting the cutting-edge server systems and working with Product Manager to provide the best customer support. The ideal candidate must have strong technical background in computer/server product as well as excellent documentation and communication skills -- ability to interface with cross-functional teams in professional manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): • Work closely with Production, Service, Purchaser, Product Manager to validate and debug server systems. • Identify technical issues and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to resolve issues. • Proactively follow up the current backlogs
