Job Summary: Supermicro is looking for talented and passionate Application Engineer who has in-depth knowledge in computer / server architecture, You will be responsible in providing technical supports to our enterprise, data centers, and HPC customers, and working with Product Manager to provide the best customer service. The ideal candidate must have strong technical background in computer/server product as well as exceptional communication skill -- ability to interface with all level of management staffs in professional manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues including motherboard, server systems on the phone or by E-mails • Work with various internal teams, R&D HW, SW, production to resolve technical issues • Identify technical issues and resolve computer hardware and software problems • Continuously develop knowledge base of Supermicro cur
