About this role

Senior Site Reliability Engineer Netherlands We are on a mission to pioneer the world's next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we're building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day. We are looking for a Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer with hands-on experience in the Erlang and/or Elixir ecosystem to join our Release Engineering team. You will own the build, test, and release pipelines for our BEAM-based services, ensuring our delivery practices meet the same standard as the rest of the platform. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our operations, with full ownership of reliability and delivery for a stack that is central to what we do. What the role involves Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for Erlang and Elixir services - from build through to production deployment - using tools such as Betler and Argo Workflows. Build and maintain base Docker images, release packaging, and deployment automation for BEAM-based applications. Collaborate with application teams to define and enforce release standards, quality gates, and rollback strategies for Erlang/Elixir services. Improve observability and reliability of the BEAM stack, including monitoring, deployment health checks, and incident response tooling. Contribute to migration and modernisation efforts as we consolidate delivery infrastructure
