Strategic Customer Solutions Architect (APAC) APAC Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. We're seeking a Strategic Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to own and drive the success of our highest-potential enterprise accounts. These are customers running mission-critical, highly scaled workloads on Postgres - and they need a trusted technical partner who can meet them at that level. Strategic CSAs go deep. You'll be embedded in your customers' most complex technical challenges, helping architect solutions that scale, optimizing systems under real production pressure, and guiding organizations through critical platform migrations. You won't just advise - you'll be a hands-on partner who earns trust by delivering outcomes. What You'll Do - Strategic Account Ownership Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with senior technical and executive stakeholders across a focused portfolio of strategic accounts. Develop meaningful account plans that map Supabase capabilities to long-term customer objectives, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure customers continuously realize value at scale. - Scaled Performance & Reliability Partner with customers operating at significant scale to ensure their systems perform reliably under production load. Proactively identify risks before they become incidents, lead performance tuning engagements, and work cross-functionally with Supabase Support, Engineering, and Product to resolve complex platform-level issues. - Postgres Architecture & Optimization Serve as the resident Postgres expert for your accounts.
