Production Supervisor (Nights) Alex 3rd Ave Facility, 601 3rd Avenue West, Alexandria, Minnesota, United States of America Production Supervisor (Nights) Alex 3rd Ave Facility, 601 3rd Avenue West, Alexandria, Minnesota, United States of America Posted Thursday, May 21, 2026 Job Summary: The Production Supervisor plans and manages the day-to-day allocation of resources for designated shift (equipment, people, materials, and systems) to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieve performance targets as agreed with Production Management. They also ensure that a high quality of products, services, housekeeping, and hygiene standards are maintained and improved in the area; review daily achievement of targets and report variances during on-the-floor and review meetings; and coach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements. Essential Functions of the Job: Supervises employees to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Achieves budgeted targets for raw material yield, labor, and packaging materials usage for shift. Responsible for the accuracy of all production reporting related to shift. Schedule and conduct daily production meetings with shift personnel. Audit's workstations to ensure SOPS are being following routinely. Collaborating with warehouse and quality assurance personnel to ensure prompt shipment of product. Responsible for the complete and accurate reporting of shift production data. Maintaining GMP / Housekeeping at a high level within the department through the involvement of all team members. Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Oversees and or conducts shift training of new or existing employees.
