As a member of the Technology team, interns will assist with front-line support across employee hardware, core business applications, and critical third-party systems. This position provides hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations in a fast-paced hedge fund environment, helping ensure a seamless technology experience for all users while learning best practices in technical support and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying, researching, and resolving basic technical issues under the guidance of senior team members Help deliver exceptional customer service & technical support to employees across the firm Support the setup and maintenance of computers, software, and user accounts in both office and cloud-based environments Participate in onboarding new users and preparing hardware/software for new hires Assist with documentation of common support procedures and technical setups Learn to deploy & support new IT tools and systems as part of the broader technology team Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a
