About the Role - We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to own Sully's technical project delivery across all areas of business. You will build processes around sprint cadence, delivery standards, and communicate technical milestones to non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Build and enforce end-to-end project governance across Sully.ai 's agents and teams. - Define sprint cadence and delivery standards to accelerate cross-functional execution. - Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, high-quality releases. - Translate complex technical milestones into clear stakeholder communication. - Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery. Hard Requirements - 7+ years in technical project/program management, with at least 3 in early-stage startups. - Strong command of Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning). - Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). - Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting in Python/Bash. - Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
